Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled under the following circumstances:

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order is:

- Not delivered at all,
we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
In case of partial delivery, we will refund the amount for the missing items and charge only for the products successfully delivered.
Delivery Waiting Period
Customers are requested to allow up to 30 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.
If your order is not received within this timeframe, or if you receive a notification regarding a hold or return, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.
Reporting Issues (Query Duration)
If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you must notify us within 45 days of delivery.
- Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference
- Requests made after 45 days from delivery will not be considered

- Products must be in their original packaging
- Items should be in the same condition as received
- Products must not be tampered with, damaged, or altered
