Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MedHubUSA, our priority is to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. While we aim to minimize the need for refunds, returns, or cancellations, we understand that certain situations may require them.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled under the following circumstances:

  • Quantity restrictions or purchase limitations
  • Disputes or order-related concerns
  • Product unavailability
  • Customer-initiated cancellation requests
  • Non-receipt of payment

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If your order is:

  • Damaged during transit or
  • Not delivered at all,

we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

In case of partial delivery, we will refund the amount for the missing items and charge only for the products successfully delivered.

Delivery Waiting Period

Customers are requested to allow up to 30 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.

If your order is not received within this timeframe, or if you receive a notification regarding a hold or return, please contact our support team for prompt assistance.

Reporting Issues (Query Duration)

If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you must notify us within 45 days of delivery.

  • Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund, as per your preference
  • Requests made after 45 days from delivery will not be considered

Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Items should be in the same condition as received
  • Products must not be tampered with, damaged, or altered

Failure to meet these conditions may affect eligibility.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method or financial institution.
